🟢 All fees are agreed before we begin. Written quotes and contracts are available.

🟢 For in-depth or long-term work, I will offer a simple personalised agreement.
This protects both of us and sets a stable foundation

🟢 Regular Check-Ins - regular updates and discussions 

🟢 You will be kept gently informed throughout

 

🟢 I will check in with you regularly to ensure you feel supported, heard, and aligned with the direction we are taking

🟢 Confidentiality & Care - yourself pace and identify matters

🟢 Your work and your personal details are held in strict confidence, in accordance with the latest data protection laws


🟢 Files related to your project are securely stored. You'll files are deleted 90 days following completion unless you request otherwise

🟢 I will never share your feedback, words, or name without your clear written consent

To keep our working relationship healthy, please maintain general communication to reasonable hours unless we have agreed otherwise.

🟢 Sharing Concerns Early:

If something feels off — the direction, the pace, or a creative choice — please tell me.
I will always listen with gentleness and humility.

🟢 A Willingness to Pause if Needed:

Life can become overwhelming.
If you need to slow down or pause, you are welcome to. Please keep me informed so we can adjust your timeline with care.

Just as I protect your work, I ask that any resources, documents, or processes I provide are treated respectfully and not shared without permission.
