Please provide your name and contact details and I will get back to you as soon as possible:

Firstly, I would be grateful for your prayers as I continue to research, develop and form ARCLIGHT™.

ARCLIGHT™ is a faith-rooted, ethically grounded formation project currently being developed as part of my Doctorate in Ministry through St Mary's University, Twickenham.

The work has grown from many years of professional practice, reflective writing, counselling and psychotherapy-informed awareness, spiritual accompaniment, creative writing, group facilitation, empathy, non-verbal communication, calibrating rapport, with attentive compassion of each person's individual process.

It has also been deeply shaped by my Christian faith and by the final days of my earthly father's life. In that sacred and tender time, I became more aware of the importance of honouring what we have been given, listening deeply to the stories people carry, and allowing faith, love and wisdom to be carried forward in service to others.

Through my work with Writing Well and wider reflective practice, I have seen how safe, well-held reflective spaces can help people become more congruent, authentic, courageous and attentive to their own inner process.

ARCLIGHT™ explores how structured reflective writing, ethical facilitation and spiritually attentive practice could support formation, resilience, reflective practice and compassionate service within churches, communities and wider professional settings.

Although rooted in Christian faith and spiritual formation, ARCLIGHT™ is being developed with wider relevance for organisations such as NHS teams, wellbeing staff, local authorities, social care providers, education settings, churches and community organisations, making ethical awareness, reflective practice and person-honouring development increasingly important.

The detailed structure of ARCLIGHT™ remains in development as part of my doctoral research and is protected as original intellectual property. The work is being shaped with attention to safeguarding, professional boundaries, supervision, ethical accountability and a clear distinction from therapy, counselling or crisis intervention. ARCLIGHT™ is not therapy, counselling or a crisis service.

If you are an individual, church, community group, public-sector team, professional service or organisation interested in engaging appropriately with this work as it develops, you are welcome to make contact.
