Making Payments & Bookings for Busy Corner Books - inclusive of Writing Well and Arclight™ 


1. Booking a Service

Bookings may be made by:

  • Direct enquiry via email

  • Agreement following consultation - either telephone, person, or online booking

  • Online course registration (where applicable)

  • Organisational contract or invoice

A booking is confirmed when:

  • Full payment has been received; or

  • A written agreement or invoice has been issued and accepted.

Busy Corner Books reserves the right to decline bookings where appropriate.

2. Payment Methods

Payments may be made via:

  • Secure online payment provider (e.g., Stripe or equivalent)

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash (where agreed in advance)

Busy Corner Books does not store debit or credit card details.

Invoices and receipts are issued for all payments.

3. Payment Terms

For individual services:

  • Payment is typically required in advance to secure a booking.

For organisational or contracted work:

  • Payment terms will be specified within the written agreement or invoice.

Late payment may result in suspension of services.

4. Pricing

All fees are clearly stated in advance of booking.

Busy Corner Books does not use pressure-based or time-limited sales tactics.

Any agreed pricing will be confirmed in writing.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of the contractual agreement.

By confirming a booking, you agree to those terms.

6. International Payments

Where services are delivered internationally:

  • Currency conversion fees

  • International banking charges

  • Applicable taxes

are the responsibility of the client or contracting organisation.
